Along with our strategic partner, we have started cooperating extensively with hospitals, clinics and other medical institutions in Singapore to positively transform the medical landscape.
Roffe International hosts facilities for business operations across 5 different states in Canada and China. This includes the Project Development Department in Calgary and Toronto, the Industrial Centre in Chongqing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, and the Centre of Technology and Research in Chongqing.
Chongqing, China
Roffe International works especially closely with Chongqing, China, where a key highlight includes the establishment of a modern processing and operations centre which integrates intelligent manufacturing, precision machining and innovative finance within the facility.

Other partnerships include institutions and businesses including Chongqing University, Southwest University, State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Transmission, and Zhongke Scientific and Technical. Roffe International intends to further the partnership with Chongqing, by investing 19.1 billion yuan over the next 5 years. With this investment, the company aims to form 15 industrial clusters, which will incorporate industry-leading technology and forge stronger manufacturing capabilities with precision and ultra-precision manufacturing centres within the clusters. With further collaborations and investments, Roffe International projects 34.1 billion yuan annual revenue in Chongqing moving forward.
Calgary, Canada
Calgary, Alberta of Canada is another key partnership of Roffe International for its energy operations, with project areas located across the city. Apart from being the third largest oil reserve worldwide, Calgary also serves as the energy hub of Canada and in North America.

Since Roffe Internationals’ partnership with Calgary in 2010, over 21 projects have been completed; including the completion of oil wells, multi-well sites, oil and gas central processing stations, pipelines, and production facilities which have set up the area for large-scale development and high cash flow. Moreover, with the successful connection of pipelines to all production wells at current, crude oil production is expected to increase along with sales in the coming years.
